Pamela G. Frank, 68, of Salisbury Center, New York, formerly of McNeal, Arizona passed away on Sunday evening, July 23, 2023 at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare in New Hartford, New York after a brief illness. At the time of her passing, she had the comfort, support and love of her family by her side.
She was born on October 8, 1954 in Gloversville, New York and was the daughter of the late, Robert and Audrey (Bowler) Flynn. Pamela was educated at Gloversville High School and graduated with the Class of 1973. She furthered her education by attending Fulton-Montgomery Community College, Morrisville College and St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing.
On September 17, 1992, Pam was united in marriage to Frederick “Rick” Frank in Fultonville, New York. The couple spent the next 17 years caring for their children and marriage. Rick passed away on August 12, 2009 at the age of 58.
She spent the majority of her life as a loving homemaker and caregiver to her husband and children.
Pam enjoyed bowling and playing cards. Her most cherished time was spent in the company of her family and cherished her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren where she was affectionately known as “Nonnie”. Pam had many friends in Arizona and in New York and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved children, Stacey Pisano and her husband, Jon of Myrtle Beach, SC, Shelby Walrath and her husband, Chad of Salisbury Center, NY, Jamie Frank, Brandy Frank of Binghamton, NY, Audrey Frank of Texas, and Alyssa Frank of Ithaca; her loving grandchildren, Paige Walrath and her companion, Corey Blauvelt, Ariana Walrath and her companion, Brian Lawson, Brianna Pisano, Bethany Frank and Skylie Flynn; cherished great-grandchildren, Sophia, Jace and Oaklynn Lawson, Wyatt Huepers, and Lennyn Blauvelt; a brother, Daniel Flynn and his wife, Penny; a sister, Deborah Brunco and her husband, Carmen; in-laws, Mike and Nancy Frank, Margaret (Peg) House, and Peter and Suzy Frank; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
Pam was predeceased by her beloved husband, Frederick “Rick” Frank and her cherished grandson, Braddox Pisano.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 3 p.m. at the Salisbury Methodist Church, State Route 29, Salisbury Center, New York. The family will greet and receive relatives and friends starting at 2:30 just prior to the memorial service. Following the service, the family will host a Celebration of Life Reception at the Salisbury Volunteer Fire Department. All are welcome to attend any of the services.
