Kyle Andrew Clark, 32, of Salisbury Center, New York and Bleecker, New York, passed away peacefully with his loving family at his side on Wednesday afternoon, March 12, 2025 at home.
He was born on March 24, 1992 and is the son of Michael A. Clark and Laurie A. Bridge.
Kyle received his education from Wildwood in Latham, New York and graduated from Gloversville School District in 2013.
He attended and enjoyed his day program through Pathfinders in Johnstown where he enjoyed hiking, fishing, bowling, cooking and walking the rail trail. Maria on staff there was a special lady that Kyle adored.
Kyle spent every autumn with family and friends hunting the Adirondacks and was known for his woodsman skills. He hiked every summer with his father and friends, including a long distance hike of the Northville-Lake Placid Trail taking in 127 miles and eleven days of this Adirondack Trail. He loved flying in his family’s aircraft at an early age and never lost that excitement. During his childhood he travelled every summer, including many camping trips to wild locations in northern Canada such as Labrador and Newfoundland.
Kyle spent summers with his family camping and boating, especially loving the St Lawrence Seaway region near Clayton, NY watching the big ships pass by right in front of the campsite. He also spent summers at his mom and stepdads camp on Lake Ontario in Brennans Bay, riding on the golf cart, and cruising and fishing on the pontoon boat listening to good music. He enjoyed jumping off the boat and swimming tirelessly in its blue green waters. When driving anywhere we traveled … Kyle always pointed out tall Pine trees … always commented on them … “Pine trees…. Pine Cones ! ” … and he always had a smile on his face.
He is survived by his loving and devoted parents, father, Mike Clark (Karen Carmody) of Bleecker, NY and mother, Laurie Bridge (Stepfather, Christopher Bridge) of Salisbury Center , New York; his brother and best friend, Tyler Clark and his wife, Brittany of Nelliston, NY; cherished nephew, Lucas Kyle Clark; his favorite cousin Nathaniel Fuller, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
