Karen L. Kimmel

Gloversville - Ms. Karen L. Kimmel, age 60, of Gloversville, New York, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2024 in the Nathan Littauer Hospital.

Karen was born in Nyack, NY on August 31, 1963, a daughter of Dorothea Giese Kimmel and the late, Otto Kimmel.

She is survived by her mother, Dorothea Kimmel of Queensbury, NY; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Kurt Kimmel and his wife, Kimberly Danforth of Saratoga Springs, NY and Kenneth Kimmel of Nyack, NY; and her friends and caregivers at the ARC Lexington.

A graveside service will take place on Monday, July 29, 2024 at 12 p.m. (noon) at Dolgeville Cemetery. There will be no public calling hours. The family is being cared for locally owned and family operated, Roberts Funeral Home in conjunction with Miller-Plonka Funeral Home, 3 East Faville Avenue, Dolgeville, New York 13329, Cremations and Funerals.
