Donna L. Boyer, 81, of Salisbury Center, New York passed away peacefully on Friday morning, May 23, 2025 at her home with her family by her side.
She was born on November 26, 1943 in Little Falls, New York and was the daughter of Sidney and Leona (Eberly) Darling. Donna attended Dolgeville Central School.
On March 2, 1963, she was united in marriage to Wifred H. Boyer at the Dolgeville United Methodist Church in Dolgeville, New York. The couple shared a blessed union of 44 years when Wilford passed away on December 15, 2007.
Donna was formerly employed with Remington Arms in Ilion, NY, Grummons in Florida, worked at Green Acres Drive In for 25 years and was last employed as a bus driver for Dolgeville Central School when she retired after 10 years of service.
Later in life, Donna married her partner, Raymond L. Bulluck at Curtiss Corner’s Church on May 18, 2019. He passed away on October 18, 2019.
Donna was a former 10-year member of the Auskerada-Maques-Rock City Chapter #204, Order of the Eastern Star and a former member of the “Over Forty Tour Riders” motorcycle club. She enjoyed reading, motorcycling, snowmobiling, cooking and baking. She loved playing cards with her special friends every Wednesday night, Sid Comstock, Diane and Ron Nichols and their granddaughter, Josey Grace, her friends whom she adored. She cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all of her bonus grandkids.
She is survived by her three daughters, Billie-Jo Boyer of Salisbury, NY, Kelleen Duncan-Neisler of Titusville, FL and Lisa Bellinger and her husband, David of Salisbury, NY; step-son, Edward Bulluck and his companion, Tina MacMillian of Salisbury, NY; a sister, Leona “Lisa” Matthews and her husband, Rodney of FL; a sister-in-law, Joan Darling of GA; grandchildren, Scott Youker and his wife, Cara of Coco, FL, Robert Santmyer and his wife, Katie of PA, Jennifer Sickle and her companion, Justin Carr of FL, Rakell Gibbens of GA, Nicole Bellinger and her fiancé, Rob Link of Salisbury, NY, David Bellinger of Salisbury, NY; Miranda Duncan and her fiancé, Shane Jeffers of FL, Mikayla Neisler of FL; great-grandchildren, Anthony Youker, Soni Bellinger, Ayla Masle, Damien Genaldi, Adalaide Mosher, Zoe Mosher, Bobby Santmyer, Adrian Santmyer, William “Liam” Santmyer and Jeanne Link; bonus grandchildren, Kayleigh Mowers, John Costanza, Ava Costanza, Jackson Costanza and Waverly Reed; many very loved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and extended family members of the Darling, Boyer and Bulluck families.
Donna was predeceased by her siblings, Gloria Darling, Norma Sponable, Richard Darling, Danny Darling, Sidney Darling, Duane Darling, and William Darling; and a step-son, Doug Bulluck.
A public graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 3 p.m. at Curtis Corners Cemetery in Salisbury, New York with Pastor Mark Hediger officiating. She will be buried alongside her husband, Wifred. The family is being cared for by locally owned and family operated, Miller-Plonka Funeral Home, 30 Wolf Street, Dolgeville, New York 13329, Cremations and Funerals.
